Konoko – A night in the peruvian amazon

Konoko means “forest” in Arawak, the language of the people I met during my journey through the Peruvian Amazon.
In the evenings, after candlelit conversations, I loved watching the jungle.
The sound of the wind, the symphony of cries from hidden animals in the leaves… and above all, the moon glowing brightly in the sky, casting its light over the forest.
A moment wrapped in magic and poetry.
